Starbucks associate Impossible Foods on a breakfast sandwich focused on plants

Starbucks also sells a breakfast item focused on the potato.

On Tuesday, the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich was on the chain’s summer menu. It contains an Unlikely Foods meat-free sausage patty, a cage-free scrambled egg on ciabatta toast, and cheddar cheese.

Starbucks has introduced a few coffee options: Cold Brew with Cinnamon Almondmilk Foam, and Dark Chocolate Almondmilk Foam with Cold Brew. In recent years meat substitutes like Impossible and Beyond Meat products have been a hot trend.

They ‘re built to look, cook and taste the same stuff as beef and pork. They are aimed at flexitarians, people who, for heath or ethical reasons, wish to cut meat consumption.
Burger King also recently launched the Impossible Croissan’wich, a plant-based breakfast sandwich.
